Dear Parents, Students, and Community Members,

It is with great hope for the future of our children and our growing community that I announce my candidacy for Palm Springs Unified School District. I have been humbled by the number of parents, educators and community leaders that have asked me to run. I am personally invested in this race because I have two elementary age children enrolled in our schools. I want to bring fresh and energetic leadership to our school board, not only for my children, but for all of our children.

I encourage you to read my bio to see how I can bring the kind of leadership we need on our school board. My vision for all of our schools is to expand on what those have done before us with a fresh and new approach in achieving first class schools. I have summed this vision up in three critical areas that I call the ABC's of learning. The following are further explained in "Greg's Vision for Our Schools."

A=Access and accountability.

B=Build and maintain first-class schools.

C=Communication and cooperation.

I hope you will join me in my campaign. The future of our valley lies directly with the quality of our educational system and the success of our children. It is my goal to work for all of you from Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Thousand Palms, Rancho Mirage and all the communities that this district encompasses. I want you to join me to offer our children and this community the best educational system we possibly can. I ask for your vote on November 4, 2008.
